-Robert Zend

The Savvy Global ProfessionalTM , an interactive and hands-on workshop, is divided into two sections: professional development and personal development. To bring one’s full potential to surface one must, not only understand the motives and psychology of others, but also learn how to engage with the highest level of professionalism.

The professional development section (morning), is designed to equip participants with the skills to exude the highest level of professionalism whether in person or via electronic means.

The professional development section (afternoon) is designed to equip participants with various communication styles to effectively communicate across generations and cultures , foster positive and supporting relationships, foster a culture of mutual respect , deflate stressful situations and encounters, and to persuade others in a non-threatening way. Participants will also learn the principles to exude the highest level of professionalism and the rules of E-tiquette (e-mails, cell phone,..).

Contact us to schedule a Free assessment of your needs.

We constantly adjust ourselves based on our surroundings. Our body language, tone of voice, and at times even our vernacular change according to our environment.

In order to successfully communicate cross-culturally, we have to first employ self-awareness and develop an understanding of our relative position to another culture. Decoding and effectively maneuvering in any culture requires a profound understanding of its foundation.

Better leaders are created through developing an understanding about how one’s culture is experienced and then learning techniques to effectively maneuver within a different culture. These skills also stimulate productivity and break down the intuitable yet invisible barriers within a multicultural environment.

The Savvy Global Communicator is an interactive workshop designed to decode cultural traits.

Everyone was responding to your cues, all were listening, and your points being made on first impressions, dress code, body language, and manner of speech were right on target."

"I enjoyed your presentation at the Brown Bag Lunch by the Center for Women.

I especially liked the advice for entering a room; “I am here. I belong here.” That self-confidence leaves a good first impression!

Thank you again for sharing meaningful information."
