Klöess-Gisela

As a bi-continental resident (Germany, USA), Gisela has learned that the keys to a thriving business are an appearance that reflects one’s aspirations, an understanding of one’s own personality traits and cultural influence(s), minimizing Self-Sabotaging and Self-Deflating actions, and proficiency in a wide array of various communication styles.

Gisela conducts interactive workshops for companies and organizations interested in ensuring that every member exudes the highest level of professionalism and intercultural awareness. She assists teams with developing a culture that prevents conflict and fosters growth and individual appreciation. She also works with young professionals to get them ready for college or their careers. In addition, Gisela enjoys helping individuals create their unique Executive Branding and Leadership Presence.

“Oftentimes, we don’t know what we don’t know, so how can one strive to improve if one doesn’t know there is something missing? When teaching any class, I strive to not merely inspire but to evoke thoughts and understanding. A mind that understands and a heart that feels will guide with awareness, mindfulness, and confidence. My goal for any workshop is to provide practical knowledge that can be implemented immediately while simultaneously providing clients with an awareness of their full potential.

We were born not to merely survive – but to thrive!” -Gisela

Everyone was responding to your cues, all were listening, and your points being made on first impressions, dress code, body language, and manner of speech were right on target."

"I enjoyed your presentation at the Brown Bag Lunch by the Center for Women.

I especially liked the advice for entering a room; “I am here. I belong here.” That self-confidence leaves a good first impression!

Thank you again for sharing meaningful information."
