Gisela Klöss established ProEtiCo LLC - Protocol & Etiquette Consulting to help others learn the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed locally and globally.
As a bi-continental resident (Germany, USA), Gisela learned that the key to a thriving business is the polished and savvy global professional.
An appearance which reflects one’s aspiration, understanding of one’s own personality traits and cultural influence(s), and minimizing Self-Sabotaging and Self-Deflating actions, are the essence of the Executive Brand and Leadership Presence.
The ripple effect of the initial encounter -- which tests how successfully one can adapt to the needs and expectations of others according to their cultural dimensions-- will either be the beginning of a successful professional or personal relationship or bring it to a full stop.
Gisela conducts interactive workshops for companies and organizations interested in ensuring that every member exudes the highest level of professionalism, intercultural awareness. She assists teams in developing a culture which fosters growth and individual appreciation, and as a result prevents conflict.
She also works with young professionals to get them ready for college or their careers.
In addition, Gisela works with individuals assisting in developing unique Executive Branding & Leadership Presence
